In my search for an effective system to develop products, I found in the agile approach winning and compelling characteristics: speed, humanity, sustainability.
Since 2008, I began to adapt it to physical product development by integrating it with other practices.
With my teams and, we have developed in agile mode more than 50 industrial products equipped with automation software.
I established an “Agile Mini-Factory” of which more than 190 people were working.
