For more than 20 years, I have held the position of technical director in several manufacturing companies.
In my search for an effective system to develop products, I found in the agile approach winning and compelling characteristics: speed, humanity, sustainability.
Since 2008, I began to adapt it to physical product development by integrating it with other practices.
With my teams and, we have developed in agile mode more than 50 industrial products equipped with automation software.
I established an “Agile Mini-Factory” of which more than 190 people were working.

I have been working in training and facilitation for more than 10 years. In particular, I am concerned with the learning processes of people and the teams in which they work. To this end I design interventions that support their creative and cognitive potential.
As a team coach, My role is to design the process by which teams can
