We engage senior and middle management in a short course of learning about the values and impact of agility in business management.

The pathway takes place with one or more workshops involving the people in management who will be affected by agile transition
- At the end of the journey together with the company's management, an evaluation is made of the feedback collected and whether the conditions are in place to begin an agile transition.

- We design together with management and middle management a path for introducing agile approaches in identified business areas
- We identify with management people to support the project.
The exploration project
It is a project lasting a few months, identified with management, in which we support selected teams and individuals.
- We proceed by small steps (iterations) and by inserting new modes that we adapt to what emerges from the business context
- We share the methodologies identified for the identified topic
- We train people in the teams with operational shadowing, with short-term sessions
- We evaluate the possible use of digital enabling tools
- We support teams in their operational work in this new mode
Project management is visual with visual boards for work planning and management.
