ABD21 – The Agile Factory for HW Product Development.

The story of how in Breton we develop new products such as industrial machinery in Agile mode starting with Canvas and ending with HW prototypes. How a company organized by skill teams (component teams) moved to cross-functional project teams to develop a new product, involving all the necessary skills. The ‘agile approach has been extended beyond design to material procurement, fabrication, assembly, and validation with the creation of an agile mini-factory within the conventional factory that develops customer orders. Many different products in development with as many teams led by PO and SM involving more than 190 people.
