Lego®Serious Play®-er experience-based workshop & Learning Experience Designer experiential facilitator

“You shape up or you stop.” It has been my guiding principle since I lost my job in my forties. But it was lucky, because it changed the way I was looking at things, changing them; and this eventually changed me as well, making me a “perpetual learner,” or better yet a “pretotype” of myself, to use a very important concept in the vocabulary of the Agile Factory.

Today I am a LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator, a Learning Experience Designer and a Corporate Team Coach. For 12 years I have been dealing with people and teams, trying to facilitate their work and well-being. My goal is to enable new levels of communication and collaboration within teams and organizations by applying Conversation Design techniques to create a more humane work environment.

I always start with the belief that there is enormous potential in every single person in every single team, and that each one has enough imagination in them to find needed solutions. In other words, I am convinced that “the solution is already in the room”-all I am doing is identifying the right tools to offer them to facilitate the emergence of solutions.

I work with learning facilitation and experiential learning for innovation in Human Skill, integrating different organizational development models and methodologies such as:

  • Experiential (Small Techniques Outdoor/Indoor)
  • Design Thinking
  • LEGO® Serious Play® and Serious Game
  • Open Space Technology & World Café
