Based on our operational experience, these are the possible organizational actions:
- Development is fully Agile and starts from a requirements analysis and business model with Canvas
- During development, in addition to digital models, there is pretotype construction, which allows a design solution to be validated at very low cost and time
- Organize cross-functional development teams so that self-organization and self-management of workload is fostered
- Make a breakdown of things to do (backlog) for each product under development focused on estimating the workload required
- Identify the skills required for the development of each element of the backlog
- Identify relevant milestones for the release of different parts of the elements to be developed, according to the construction lead time
