Agile Hardware Consultant & Digital Transformation Consultant

I am a very practical person and for more than 20 years I have held the position of technical director in several manufacturing companies and for shorter but significant periods also that of production director.
In my long search for an effective system to develop products in today’s dynamic environment, I have found in the agile approach winning and compelling characteristics: power, humanity, sustainability. Since 2008, I began to adapt it to physical product development by integrating it with other practices.
In my last business experience, I led several teams that developed more than 50 industrial products with automation software in agile mode.

I directed the transition to this new approach with the establishment of an “Agile Mini-Factory” within which over 190 people were working.

Here I coordinated the Digital Transformation of Product Development and Knowledge Management processes.

Today, as a consultant, I operationally accompany companies in the agile development of new products and the necessary organizational transformation, accompanying them in this digitization process and supporting them in both the selection of tools and their introduction.
The Innovation Projects funded by the Ministry of Economic Development (MISE) that I led include:

• Digital Transformation for Organic Knowledge Management.
• The Development of Machine Tools for Industry 4.0.
• The development of a large-format Additive Manufacturing machine for 5-axis printing.

Every morning I practice mindfulness. I love walking in nature and embarking on itinerant journeys without a defined path. I am a film buff and a voracious reader of essays.
