L’obiettivo del libro La Fabbrica Agile è quello di essere molto pratico, e questo capitolo contiene tre esempi di problematiche di progettazione a complessità crescente, con la proposta di possibili modalità di gestione specifiche per ciascun caso.

Sono presi in considerazione innanzitutto il Caso Semplice (o Chiaro), poi il Caso Complicato, per concludere con il Caso Complesso.
